During our launch period, delivery and collection is completely free — regardless of where you are on the Isle of Wight. Our standard pricing (which applies once the launch period ends) is based on distance from Shalfleet: free within 5 miles, £5 for 5–9 miles, and £10 for 10+ miles. All deliveries and collections are between 5pm and 8pm. Please let us know of any off-track routes or gate codes when booking.

Hire days are counted by the calendar dates covered — not by hours. For example, a Saturday to Sunday booking = 2 days, and a Friday to Sunday booking = 3 days. Our price calculator handles this automatically.

Unfortunately, same-day bookings are not available. We require at least 1 day's notice before your hire start date to process your booking, confirm availability, and arrange delivery.

All deliveries and collections are carried out between 5:00pm and 8:00pm on the agreed dates. We'll arrange the exact time with you when your booking is confirmed.

A refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is either £75 (minimum) or 50% of the hire fee — whichever is higher. If travelling to Europe, the deposit is 100% of the hire fee. You pay one simple total when booking — your hire fee, any add-ons and the refundable deposit together in a single payment. The deposit is refunded in full once the trailer is returned in good condition. If you cancel within 48 hours of your hire start date, the deposit is non-refundable. Please note: number plates are printed immediately once a booking is confirmed — if a number plate has already been printed at the time of cancellation, the £15 cost will not be refunded, however the plate will be delivered to you.

All payments are processed by Stripe — one of the world's largest and most trusted payment platforms, used by millions of businesses. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details at any point. You make one simple payment when booking (hire fee + add-ons + refundable deposit), and your deposit is refunded through the same secure system once the trailer is returned in good condition.

You'll need to provide: (1) a copy of your UK driving licence, (2) proof of address dated within the last 3 months, and (3) confirmation that towing is covered by your vehicle insurance.

Yes. If your vehicle's electrics don't match the trailer's plug, we offer a converter as an add-on. When booking, you'll select which direction you need — 7-Pin → 13-Pin (your car is 7-pin, trailer plug is 13-pin) or 13-Pin → 7-Pin (your car is 13-pin, trailer plug is 7-pin). You can either hire one for £2 (returned with the trailer at the end of your hire) or buy one outright to keep for £10. Please check your vehicle's towing electrics before booking — it is your responsibility to confirm the correct connection for your vehicle before hire.

Yes — all hired add-ons (ratchet straps, trailer nets, sack trucks and hired pin converters) must be returned with the trailer at the end of your hire. The only exception is a purchased pin converter, which is yours to keep. If any hired item is not returned, the replacement cost is deducted from your deposit — and if the cost is greater than the deposit, the balance will be invoiced or charged at the time of collection.

Yes, with prior arrangement. If the trailer is leaving the UK, the deposit increases to 100% of the hire fee and a £50 EU/DVLA admin fee applies. Please select "Going to Europe" in the booking form or price calculator.

Your booking is only fully confirmed once: availability has been checked, your invoice is issued, your documents are received, and your deposit payment has been successfully made. We will not treat a booking as confirmed until payment is received.
