DELIVERY & COLLECTION

We deliver and collect across the whole Isle of Wight — postcodes PO30 to PO41. Delivery pricing is based on distance from our base in Shalfleet and is calculated automatically from your delivery address when you book. We don't currently deliver off the Island, though trailers may be taken to Europe under our European hire terms (100% deposit plus a £50 EU/DVLA admin fee).

All deliveries and collections take place between 5:00pm and 8:00pm — delivery on your hire start date, collection on your end date. Same-day bookings aren't available: bookings need at least one day's notice so we can schedule your delivery properly.

• Someone available at the address during the 5–8pm window for handover and document checks.
• Gate codes, narrow-access warnings or off-track routes mentioned in your booking notes.
• Enough space to position the trailer safely off the highway.
• Your towing vehicle ready if you plan to hitch up at handover — see towing requirements.
